The Foundation arena for constructive dialogue, KAB Forum, brings together decision-makers, experts, and specialists from academia, politics, and the private and public sectors to discuss issues that are critical to the development of a dynamic business sector.

Corporate Governance Forum
Since the 1990s, the Corporate Governance Forum has helped shape and advance the debate on corporate governance and corporate finance in Sweden and internationally. Sound corporate governance and corporate finance are important means of supporting economic development, sustainable growth, and financial stability in society and business.
The Forum brings together leading participants from academia, business, and the public sector for constructive dialogue and exchange aimed at sharing knowledge and contributing to progress in corporate governance and corporate finance. International experience and comparisons are a natural and important part of this work.

The Foundation’s interdisciplinary research center at the Stockholm School of Economics helps ensure that decision-makers have access to relevant knowledge and research when making decisions that shape the future of society.
